Our deep clean takes your grill apart and cleans it piece by piece, so it heats evenly and looks close to new. It also removes the grease that causes flare-ups.
Booking your service
Booking is quick. Call or text us, or fill out the quote form. Send a photo of your grill and we'll come back with a price and a few times that suit you. Once you're booked, we confirm the date and time.
What to expect on the day
One of our team arrives on time with everything needed and plans to spend 2–3 hours on your grill. We start by assessing the BBQ and checking it for rust, wear or damage that could affect how it cooks. Then we lay a large tarp around the grill, so nothing ends up on your deck, patio or interlock.
Our cleaning process
We work from the top down:
- Firebox: we scrape and degrease the inside of the grill, removing the grease and carbon that affect the taste of your food.
- Grates and flavorizer bars: we scrub away charred food and residue. Clean bars mean fewer flare-ups and more even cooking.
- Burners and heat spreaders: we clear every burner port for consistent heat across the grill.
- Drip tray and bottom tray: we empty and scrub them, getting rid of the grease that causes fires.
- Exterior polish: we polish the outside, with special attention to stainless steel, for a showroom finish.
Inspection and repairs
While your BBQ is apart, we look for problems: corroded burners, a weak igniter, cracked heat plates or a possible gas leak. If we find something, we explain it and give you a price before doing anything. Plan on 2–3 hours for most grills. Large built-ins or very neglected grills can take longer.

Make sure the propane tank or gas is connected, and that we can get to the grill. That's it.

Yes. We put it back together and test-fire it before we leave.
