Quotes and pricing
Every job is quoted individually, and the price is agreed with you before work starts. Prices are subject to HST. Replacement parts and repairs are extra and are only performed with your approval.
Scheduling
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Appointments may be moved because of severe weather.
Access and preparation
Please make sure we have safe access to the grill and that the gas supply is connected so we can test-fire the grill after cleaning.
Condition of equipment
Cleaning can reveal existing wear, rust-through or damage that was hidden by grease and carbon. We'll point out anything we find, but we're not responsible for pre-existing defects or for parts that fail because of age or corrosion.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
